What is BLOOM accelerate?

A tried and trusted accelerator programme that brings together a small group of like-minded entrepreneurs who have businesses which relate to a broad theme.

The theme for our next accelerator programme is "Solving the problems caused by the growth of cities".

Our 12 week programme starts with a 5 day intensive week followed by one evening a week and 3 Saturdays.

Not sure your business fits with the theme?  Don't worry - get in touch and we'll help you decide.

Working, studying or developing your business full time?  No problem, the programme is designed to fit around your timetable.

Your project will be beyond the idea stage; maybe you have a prototype, or as a minimum have evidence that you are solving a real problem. Bloom Accelerate will help you to develop and grow your business.

Brilliant. Learned so much - all very relevant and played a key part in shaping my business model.  Very effective one to ones - I got a lot of value from it.
— Harry Coburn, Founder, GoGetters

Right... But what makes US different?

Our focus

We focus on you as the entrepreneur and provide quality time with high-level mentors.

We can focus on you because our programme is limited to a maximum of 10 start-ups facilitating learning in a way that just isn't possible in a group of 40 or 50 people.

We concentrate on helping your business to get customers, not specifically on getting funding.

Our partners

We are the London partners of the Madrid based European Institute for Entrepreneurship.

You will have access to an extensive network of European entrepreneurs, plus the opportunity to spend a week of the programme in Madrid.

Paid sponsorships to further develop your startup in another European country are available via the EU's Erasmus new entrepreneur program.

Our fee structure

We think you've worked hard on your business and should keep 100% of it - we don't take any equity.

We also believe it's impossible to value your shares at this early stage; better to pay a fixed fee and know exactly what our programme will cost you.

This means we can include businesses which most investment-focused accelerators aren't interested in.

At the end of the program, you'll have...

✓ An effective sales strategy - a viable pitch deck as well as the right skills to deliver it to any audience - especially customers and investors.

✓ A great network of entrepreneurs, mentors and industry experts.

✓ A clear plan for the post-accelerator phase.

✓ An ongoing community of Bloom Accelerate and EIE.Spain alumni - you’ll be able to keep in touch and support each other into the future.

✓ Priority access to our ongoing mentoring and co-working space.

how to join our next programme

Our programmes are themed; your business should come under the broad theme: Solving the problems caused by the growth of cities.

By 2050, 70% of the world’s population will live in cities, generating new problems for businesses to solve.

Do you have a great idea that could help solve some of the problems of urbanisation?
The next Bloom Accelerate 12-week programme starts mid-March 2018.
